1. How to make a complaint
Please send your complaint by email to info@jaatxukltd.com, including:
- Your full name and contact details
- The address of the project (if applicable)
- A clear description of the issue
- Any supporting photos or documents
- The outcome you would like
2. Our response
We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and provide a full response within 3–5 working days. Where a matter is complex and requires additional investigation, we will keep you informed of progress and expected timescales.
3. Resolution
We aim to resolve all complaints fairly, transparently and to your satisfaction. If we are unable to resolve your concern directly, we will discuss further options with you.
4. Records
Complaints are recorded and reviewed regularly to help us improve our service.
